Active for quite a few years on Paris’ underground house & techno scene, both as producer and as record selector, Traumer likes to add different spices & flavours to his sets, from jazzy feelings to techno grooves. No wonder he released until now on big established labels, as well as rising ones such as Berg Audio and his very own imprint that’s been making waves recently Gettraum records.

I’ve discovered Primitive Urges not so long ago – I love the rhythms in his (Swag) productions, not all the tracks are « playable » though. Some of them need to be edited, so I did it for some of them – but others like those two that are included in the first episode of Primitive Urges, are still perfectly crafted for a dancefloor use.

Im just into this at the moment – this is also a perfecta match for a bright morning, or any « daytime session » in fact !
