Few of us would perceive the subtle connections between 4/4 beat patterns specific to house & techno and the smooth, mellow sonic accents of ambient electronica. Shcaa incoporates elements from both worlds. EPs like Neptune show a coeherent transition between minimal house and electronic experiements. On the other side, sonic improvs find the perfect playground on dubby atmospheres as on Soft Signs.
Shcaa is living in a complex musical universe, as displayed on Beautiful Situation, due to be released in May 2025 at Placidum, his very own label.
