So, here we are, at the end of a beautiful road. An 18 years road, started in 2007, that has shaped not only Romania’s electronic music scene but the world’s also. Apart from the specific sound, there were so many things that have contributed to shaping this movement: the cultural heritage, the Black Sea vibe, the beautiful crowd, the innocence of a newly born scene and its power to reinvent a new sound that quickly became iconic for Romania.

Hoping that this will not be the end but a new start for Romania’s undeground scene, we picked 10 of our favourite DJ sets, recorded at Sunwaves festival in Romania. A subjective list, strongly linked to our dancefloor memories, some of them driven by nostalgia, the others driven by excessive serotonin levels. Nevertheless, each and every one of them is unique in its own way. Enjoy and see you on the dancefloor for a last SW rave at the Black Sea Coast!
