Trying to define Christopher Rau’s eclectic sound? Well, you can first start by checking his extensive catalog of releases, that includes two LPs and several EPs for Hamburg’s Smallville Records and quite a lot for Mule Musiq, Giegling, Pampa, Aim or Ethereal. Sometimes odd, always deep, never dull: a sound that usually let the listener get familiar with the feeling of the unknown, as it takes unexpected turns on the dancefloor.
Even if he’s not into collecting records so much as a few years ago, he still has some gems ready to be rediscovered, so we challenged him to reveal his Vinyl Alter Ego, as part of our beloved series.
